While Kevin is the face and the force of Eye on LBI, he relies on a pool of professional contractors, to accomplish all that is required to meet customer needs.

His son, Rob, when he is not listing and selling homes through The Van Dyk Group, will assist and fill in for Kevin when the need arises.

In addition, Kevin has formed strong working relationships with a host of home maintenance contractors including but not limited to landscapers, plumbers, electricians, roofers, builders, HVAC companies, masons and general contractors.  Kevin uses maintenance people with whom he has a connection, trust and confidence to do the job well, on time and at a reasonable price point.  The proper care of your property is his main concern.
