Eye On LBI was initially formed in September of 2008 as a partnership between Kevin and long time friend and co-worker, Mike Armstrong.
The mission of the company is to provide a service for homeowners who live a distance away from their properties, unable to check on their homes for periods of time and keep up with the maintenance required to protect their investment home.
As the company grew and lives changed, Mike retired and left the area. Kevin, Rob, Fran and their crew now focus primarily on properties from Loveladies to Holgate.
